In the first three quarters of this year, edible mushroom products from Qingyang City were exported to countries such as South Korea, Japan, and Canada, with a production value exceeding 1 billion yuan; The resource utilization rates of crop straw, discarded branches of apple trees, livestock manure, and bacterial residue in the city have reached 91.2%, 63.4%, 87.5%, and 95%, respectively; In the first half of the year, the city's gross domestic product reached 51.448 billion yuan, an increase of 4.3%, and the added value of the primary industry reached 3.65 billion yuan, an increase of 7.4%. Planting, breeding, and mushroom industry "three industries combined"

In the past, the waste generated in the production process of agriculture and animal husbandry was often extensively utilized, which could easily cause environmental pollution. This year, Qingyang City has launched the implementation of the Grain Yield Improvement Project and the Million Acre Multiple Planting Grain Increase and Efficiency Enhancement Project. On the basis of consolidating the bottom line of food security, the city has implemented the "Eight Characteristic Industries of Cattle, Sheep, Pigs, Chickens, Fruits, Vegetables, Fungi and Medicines" to improve quality and efficiency, create industrial chains and clusters, and drive stable growth of agricultural added value. Production, processing, and sales' three pronged approach '
The expansion and strengthening of industries cannot be achieved solely by individual households. Leading enterprises, intensive management, and brand influence are indispensable. This is a consensus formed in our city's development of "three element two-way" circular agriculture. In view of this, Qingyang City is closely focusing on "strengthening leading enterprises, building platforms, cultivating brands, promoting integration, and increasing efficiency", strengthening new business entities in the front end, building industrial integration platforms in the middle end, enhancing brand cultivation capabilities in the back end, implementing the "three in one" action of deep processing and chain extension of agricultural products, and cultivating and strengthening advantageous characteristic industrial clusters.

Nowadays, this fully developed agricultural model is frequently appearing in various counties (districts) throughout the city. Qingyang City is closely focusing on the development of "three yuan two-way" circular agriculture, and is expanding its scale by building bases at the front end. It plans to implement 39 industrial base construction projects, including the Zhenyuan National Modern Agriculture Industrial Park for broiler chickens, the Xifeng District Siguanzhai Edible Fungi Full Industry Demonstration Base, and the Wanglu Vegetable Industrial Park in Gonghe Town, Zhengning County. 22 of them have been completed and put into operation, and the scale of the mushroom planting and breeding industry continues to expand. Efforts should be made to consolidate the "grain first, food last, agriculture first, industry last, livestock first, and meat last", extend the chain in the middle to increase efficiency, promote the "three chain isomorphism" of the industrial chain, value chain, and supply chain, and promote the integrated development of the three industries. At present, 2 national modern agricultural industrial parks, 5 provincial-level industrial parks, and 4 national agricultural industry strong towns have been established. 21 deep processing production lines for livestock, poultry, fruits, and other products have been built, and the conversion rate of agricultural product processing has reached 58%. We adopted technologies such as crushing corn stalks, deep plowing and returning them to the field, increasing sowing volume to protect the population, applying chemical fertilizers to promote strong seedlings during greening, and spraying foliar fertilizers to increase grain weight during grain filling to ensure stable and increased production. It is expected that the yield per mu can reach 300 kilograms. This technology provides support for the large-scale application of corn mechanical grain harvesting technology, which can increase the yield and yield of late sowing winter wheat in large areas. Comprehensive measures have been taken from policy guarantees, scientific and technological support, talent support, financial support, and subsidized loans to fully ensure the high-quality and efficient development of the "dual directional" circular agriculture. In terms of technological support, we have implemented a grassroots strong service action for thousands of agricultural science and technology personnel, guiding more than a thousand agricultural science and technology personnel to go down to the front line and provide on-site services, and guiding the establishment of 161 agricultural science and technology demonstration sites; Explore and promote diversified and efficient planting modes such as strip intercropping of soybeans, corn, and potatoes, effectively improving land productivity. In terms of financial support, more than 65% of the subsidy funds for promoting rural revitalization will be allocated to industrial development through the central finance of the county, and an agricultural industry development fund will be established.
